I served as a lead design consultant for a high-complexity platform bridging the gap between fertility clinics and their patients. Over the course of a single year, I maintained a high-velocity output, architecting and delivering 100+ new features designed to modernize clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.
Working at the intersection of Product Management and clinical stakeholders, I transformed complex medical data and AI-driven insights into a seamless, high-performance ecosystem.
Key Contributions & Delivery
AI-Integrated Ordering System: I designed a mission-critical ordering system for patient treatments that utilizes AI to streamline clinical decision-making. This system balances complex backend logic with an intuitive UI to ensure zero-error ordering in high-stakes environments.
"My Plan" Patient Experience: I spearheaded the end-to-end design of "My Plan" - a comprehensive new section for both the clinic portal and the mobile patient app. This feature serves as a central hub for the fertility journey, guiding patients through treatment protocols, medication schedules, and milestone tracking.
Design System Evolution: I modernized and expanded the platform’s Design System using Auto-Layout and scalable component architecture, ensuring that 100+ features remained consistent and accessible across desktop and mobile.
Clinical Research & Validation: Conducted ongoing research with Product Managers and clinic staff to test and iterate on new features, ensuring every update solved real-world clinical pain points.
Marketing & Growth Support: Beyond the product, I collaborated on high-fidelity marketing materials to communicate these new technical capabilities to prospective clinic partners.
